End-to-End Brand, Marketing & Event Design

Babelforce is a B2B SaaS platform focused on enterprise contact centers. The challenge was to build a cohesive, scalable brand system that could support rapid growth across marketing, sales, partnerships, and live events, while maintaining clarity and consistency across channels and regions.

Over multiple years, I partnered closely with the Babelforce team to design and evolve their brand, creating a complete visual ecosystem that powered digital campaigns, sales enablement, webinars, and in-person events.

  • Support fast-moving marketing and sales needs without sacrificing quality

  • Create event and experiential assets that translated the brand into physical spaces

Lead Designer & Strategic Visual Partner

I was responsible for visual strategy, brand system development, and hands-on execution across all brand and marketing materials. This included defining standards, designing core assets, and translating the brand into campaigns, partnerships, and live experiences.

Scope of Work

Over the course of the engagement, the work focused on building and evolving Babelforce’s brand into a cohesive, scalable system that could support marketing, sales, partnerships, and live events. This included defining and refining brand guidelines and visual standards, ensuring the brand could adapt to different contexts while remaining consistent and recognizable.

That foundation was extended across a wide range of digital and campaign touchpoints, from sales and marketing materials to social media, email templates, webinars, and outbound campaigns. Each asset was designed to work within a shared visual language, allowing teams to move quickly without fragmenting the brand.

The brand was also translated into physical and experiential environments. Event visuals, trade show booths, and branded materials were designed to carry the same clarity and personality into live settings, supported by cohesive event systems and collateral. This ensured that Babelforce’s presence felt unified across both digital channels and in-person experiences, regardless of format or scale.

What This Work Enabled

This work created a cohesive, scalable brand system that could be applied across marketing, sales, partnerships, and live events, without sacrificing speed or consistency.

By building strong foundations and clear visual standards, Babelforce was able to move quickly across channels while maintaining a unified brand presence, both digitally and in physical spaces.
